How to look up a John Deere part number
Cross-references, superseded numbers and fitment — what to send us when you arrive with a John Deere number, an old number, another brand's number, or only a serial number and a model.
Every answer on this page repeats, word for word, something already published on this site — the questions on our home page, the part pages, the Kazakhstan page, and the lookup and bulk-list pages and their page descriptions.

The number you have
- I have a John Deere part number. Can you quote it even if it is not on your site?
- Yes. Send the number — we quote any John Deere part number, listed or not. We source parts outside the catalog every week.
- Does the number have to be in a particular format?
- No. John Deere part numbers (any format) or the machine model and serial number — one part number per line. Quantity is optional — "AH128449 x3", "AH128449, 3" and "AH128449" all work.
- Can you look up a part by an old or superseded number?
- Yes. We check superseded numbers and cross-references. If the manufacturer replaced an old part number with a new one, our system helps identify the current part number.
- I only have a cross-reference number, not the John Deere one. Can you work from it?
- We check superseded numbers and cross-references. Send us the number.
- If I send a genuine number, will you also quote an aftermarket option?
- M-Farm Parts supplies both genuine OEM parts and new aftermarket alternatives. Where both are available for a part number, we show them side by side so you can compare price and pick the option that fits — we confirm availability when you order.
Fitment: model and serial number
- Do you have a serial-number lookup tool?
- No. Send the part number, the machine model and, if needed, the equipment serial number — we verify fitment before you order.
- A part page lists my machine. Does the part fit only those machines?
- No. Machines listed are the ones we regularly source this part for — it may fit others. Fitment is confirmed against your machine's serial number when we quote.
- I only know the machine model, not the part number.
- Don’t know the part number? Find it by machine make and model — pick a model to see its categories and commonly ordered part numbers.
Fitment is confirmed against your machine's serial number when we quote.
Many numbers at once
- I have a long list. Do I have to look the numbers up one by one?
- No. For wholesale orders, paste your list as text or upload Excel (CSV) with part numbers and quantities — we process the whole list and return one combined quote. Up to 500 lines.
