We sell OEM and aftermarket parts for agricultural and construction equipment from the United States at open, dated prices, and export them ourselves.
We source parts by part number, check superseded and cross-reference numbers, offer genuine and available aftermarket alternatives, consolidate wholesale orders, and arrange delivery worldwide.
As part of Meridian Freight, we can run the entire process through one company: sourcing parts in the US, consolidation, packing, export documentation, filing EEI through AES, and international freight.
Parts can ship separately by air or sea, or be consolidated with machinery and other cargo Meridian Freight is exporting from the US.

Frequently asked questions
- Who files the export paperwork and the EEI/AES entry?
- Meridian Freight files the Electronic Export Information (EEI) through the Automated Export System (AES) itself and handles export documentation for the shipment. If your own freight forwarder is arranging transport, we provide them with the data and documents they need.
- Do you sell only genuine parts?
- No. M-Farm Parts supplies both genuine OEM parts and new aftermarket alternatives. Where both are available for a part number, we show them side by side so you can compare price and pick the option that fits — we confirm availability when you order.
- Can you look up a part by an old or superseded number?
- Yes. We check superseded numbers and cross-references. If the manufacturer replaced an old part number with a new one, our system helps identify the current part number.
- How do you check fitment?
- Send the part number, the machine model and, if needed, the equipment serial number — we verify fitment before you order.
- Can I send a large parts list at once?
- Yes. For wholesale orders, paste your list as text or upload Excel (CSV) with part numbers and quantities — we process the whole list and return one combined quote.
- What documents come with the shipment?
- Every shipment travels with a commercial invoice and a packing list. Meridian Freight also files the Electronic Export Information (EEI) through the Automated Export System (AES) for the export itself, so the shipping documents and the export filing come from the same company.
